OKIN FACILITY specjalizuje się w dostarczaniu zintegrowanych usług w zakresie zarządzania obiektami, obejmujących usługi techniczne (hard services) – takie jak: administracja i konserwacja budynków, interwencje w nagłych przypadkach i zarządzanie energią, przeglądy techniczne i serwis urządzeń – oraz usługi administracyjne (soft services): ochronę obiektów, obsługę recepcji, wsparcie typu helpdesk, sprzątanie, itp. OKIN FACILITY stara się nieustannie ulepszać świadczone usługi i oferuje swoim klientom wyjątkowe zasoby wiedzy specjalistycznej zdobytej dzięki przynależności do międzynarodowej koalicji European Customer Synergy S.A. Obecnie firma OKIN obsługuje 9.000 budynków o łącznej powierzchni ponad sześciu milionów metrów kwadratowych. Do grona naszych klientów należą: ČEZ Group, AHOLD, Komerční Banka a.s. i wiele innych podmiotów.

  • Incorporation of new services over time (with financial benefit to the client);
  • OKIN introduced IFM scope in Mondelez factories in BG;
  • Based on the IFM solution, Mondelez reduced the number of responsible people on their side;
